Deposit requirement is minimum 1 months rent depending on good credit and rental history
Pets - only small pets (cats/dogs) with friendly disposition are allowed. Pets must not disturb neighbors with barking etc. An additional security deposit and pet rent are required.
Smoking is not allowed inside any of our units. Many units also restrict smoking in common entry areas.
After discussing your needs and qualifications, and if still interested, we will arrange a showing at an agreed time. Please bring a completed application and payment of the $40 application fee at that time. Application Fees are deducted from your first months rent. After the showing, if still interested, we will use your application to perform a criminal, credit and rental history check.
